Kristina Henn—Founder and Personal Travel Concierge

I’ve been on the move since I was two, calling Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, and the U.S. home and traveling through more than 50 countries along the way. Growing up between cultures taught me how powerful travel can be when it’s intentional, welcoming, and beautifully organized. I know what it feels like to land somewhere new and have no idea how to navigate the unknown. Let me help you with this challenge.

Today, we partner with both private travelers and mission-driven organizations to design journeys that feel good and do good. Working with nonprofits turned out to be a natural fit: I love helping teams translate their mission into meaningful donor trips, auction packages, and volunteer travel that are thoughtful for travelers and respectful of local communities. My role is to ask the right questions, make the logistics seamless, and make sure every journey supports the story they want to tell.

I founded Glass Half Full Travel to bring all of this together: thoughtful design, meaningful connection, and seamless logistics. Whether I’m curating a river cruise, a family gathering, or a nonprofit donor trip, my goal is the same: to design and orchestrate exceptional, feel-good travel for people who want luxury, impact, and zero stress… always with a glass-half-full mindset.

Selina Henn—Social Impact and Partnerships Manager

I’m the person who keeps an eye on the impact side of our journeys. At Glass Half Full Travel, I focus on how our nonprofit partnerships, donor trips, and “travel that gives back” experiences can be inspiring for travelers and genuinely supportive of the communities we visit.

My background is in corporate social responsibility, youth leadership, and climate-focused initiatives, and I’ve spent years working with organizations that care about social change. That experience shapes the questions I ask when we design a trip: Who benefits? How are local partners involved? How can this journey reflect our travelers’ values in a real, tangible way?

I bring that lens into every itinerary we design—asking who benefits, how partnerships are built, and how each journey can align with our travelers’ values. Whether we’re shaping a donor trip, a board retreat, or a purpose-driven group experience, my goal is the same: to ensure our exceptional, feel-good travel is genuinely thoughtful and impact-driven for people who want luxury, impact, and zero stress… always with a glass-half-full mindset.
